Nicole is a strategic finance executive with experience across investment banking, private equity, asset management, and high-growth startups. She partners with founders to establish financial clarity, drive growth, and navigate pivotal transitions including acquisitions.

Before launching Prism Edge, she held executive leadership roles at high-growth startups, where she improved financial visibility and forecasting and built processes that scale.

She runs the practice on AI operating systems she built herself, which lets her carry multiple complex engagements without losing depth.
